I had no background in anything mechanical or electrical and overall using any tools. This program taught me the strong base that I needed. When I got to work, I was worried that I didn’t know enough to be helpful to my coworkers, but that was the complete opposite. I had a general understanding of what we needed to get done and why. Within about two months as working as an install helper, I was moved to a service tech. I am still learning so much, but I proved to my managers and myself that I can do this. I owe all my knowledge and a great base to this program, and I can’t thank the instructors enough. I recommend this program to anyone wanting to enter the trade.
We had Bagniefski Heating and Air Conditioning install a heat pump for a field trial at my home residence in La Crosse, WI. The crew that worked on this project included a young man named Kolton, a graduate of the Trade Warriors Program. This was not an easy install, but Mark and Kolton did a fantastic job hooking up the system and making it work. I was impressed by Kolton’s HVAC knowledge, professionalism, and overall service for being so new to the industry.
